Today we have added polishing and surface finishing. We hope to offer more advanced processes in the future. We service products such as lock components, appliance handles, sanitary ware, connectors, functional and decorative parts etc. Our clients are mostly Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

DIE-CASTING
Die casting is a manufacturing process that can produce geometrically complex metal parts through the use of reusable molds, called dies. We specialize in Zinc Die Casting and and surface treatment of our Zinc Castings.

POLISHING
Polishing and Buffing are critical processes for all Metal Parts that require Electroplating. We understand that only with a good, smooth polished surface, we can have an effective plating process and an excellent plating finish.

POWDER COATING
Powder coating is an alternative surface finishing solution that Electro-Spec offers other than electroplating. We offer a huge variety of colours depending on our customer requirement. We are versatile in metal finishing as we offer a variety of metal finishing options at Electro-Spec Industries.

ELECTRO PLATING
